Privacy policy

This policy explains what MNRH, Inc. dba The Green Door ("we") collects through greendoorsf.com and our text and email programs, and what we do with it. Questions or requests: info@greendoorsf.com, or ask at the counter at 843 Howard St.
What we collect
- When you sign up or spin the wheel: your mobile number or email address, your first name if you give it, the consent you gave and the wording you agreed to (version 2026-10-06), and the time.
- Prize codes: the prize you won and when it was used. Your code is set up as a promo code in our point-of-sale system so it works at the register; our website holds the code itself only until it has been sent to you (two days at most), and after that only a scrambled (hashed) form of it.
- Abuse protection: a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and of a random ID your browser keeps for the wheel, used to limit repeat entries. We do not store your raw IP address.
- Event RSVPs: the name, email and phone number you enter.
- Analytics: Google Analytics records pages visited and general device and location information, using cookies.
- Age check: your browser remembers that you confirmed you are 21 or older, so you are not asked again.
How we use it
To send the texts and emails you asked for, to deliver and check prize codes, to run our loyalty program, to stop fraud and automated sign-ups, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run these things for us: Alpine IQ (our loyalty, text and email platform), Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection with Turnstile, and email delivery) and Google (analytics). They may use it only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not sell phone numbers or opt-in consent to anyone.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts; use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop emails.
- California residents may ask to know, correct or delete the personal information we hold about them. Email info@greendoorsf.com; we will verify the request and answer within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups are kept while you are subscribed and for a reasonable time after, so we can honour opt-outs. Prize records are kept for our promotion and tax records. A hashed IP address stored with a sign-up is kept with it; the ones used only to count requests expire within an hour.
Children
This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date below changes with it.
